Pet Photos Wanted!
The Friends of Beverly Animals (FOBA) is seeking pet photos for our 2020 calendar. Please send us a favorite photo (no more than three per pet, please) of dogs, cats, hamsters, birds, any animal you care about, as long as it’s a good and interesting photo and was not used in our previous calendars.
Photos should be good quality (jpgs, at least 100 dpi or 4″x6″ in size), not blurry or dark, with no people (or people parts) in them. Please identify the animal(s) by name, and state the owner’s name.
The deadline for submission is July 31, 2019. Send to bhannable@gmail.com and include the words “2020 calendar” in the email subject line.
As most of you know, selling calendars is one of the ways FOBA raises money to support the rescue and adoption placement work we do. Here are the cover from this year’s calendar and the month of March 2019. Receipt of your photos will be acknowledged, but please be patient because we receive lots of photos. If you don’t currently have a pet, but know someone who might like to have their animal friend in the calendar, kindly share this information.
For more information on our calendar, email bhannable@gmail.com or call 978-922-7190. For further information or to ask about adoptions, etc., visit friendsofbeverlyanimals.org or call 978-927-4157.
Thank you for supporting the Friends of Beverly Animals and helping us save even more precious animals!

Please stop in and say hello. Hours are 9 AM to 2:30 PM. This is always a joyous event with holiday music, good food and many wonderful craft items to choose from. It’s a great way to support FOBA and the important work the church does for our community and its missionary work beyond our local area.
Fur Ball 2018
Our annual Fur Ball was held on Saturday, October 13th at the Franco-American Club at 44 Park Street, Beverly, from 7-11 PM. We had lots of yummy food from Casual Catering, great live music (provided by the band Ditto) and many very desirable items in our our raffles and silent auctions…among them a football autographed by Patriots’ Rob Gronkowski! (see below for more) We believe a good time was had by all!
Thank you to all our supporters and friends who attended, donated items and helped make the event a success!
It’s all about rescuing and finding good homes for the animals, one precious life at a time… ❤️
